Cuba Urgent Care at Cuba Memorial Hospital

• From Campus, turn RIGHT on ROUTE 19.
• Turn RIGHT on ROUTE 305 just south of Belfast.
• In Cuba, turn RIGHT at second traffic light on WEST MAIN STREET.
• The hospital is approximately ¾ mile at 140 W. Main St. Urgent Care is located at the back of the hospital.

MASH Urgent Care – Olean

• Go south on rte. 19 to Belfast.
• Turn right on rte. 305 to Cuba.
• Turn right on I 86.
• Get off at exit 26 and turn right on rte. 16.
• Turn right at third traffic light onto Wayne St.
• MASH Urgent Care is on the corner of 9^th�����ٰ�����.

Wyoming County Community Hospital, Warsaw

• From Campus, turn LEFT on ROUTE 19.
• In Fillmore, go straight on ROUTE 19A to where 19A merges with ROUTE 19 north of Silver Springs.
• Stay on ROUTE 19.  The hospital is about one mile past the traffic circle/monument.
• Out Patient Registration and the Emergency Room is accessed from the back.
  Go past the hospital and take the FIRST RIGHT.

Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville

• From Campus, turn RIGHT on ROUTE 19.
• Continue on Route 19 all the way to Wellsville.
• At the SECOND traffic light, turn LEFT on to MAIN STREET.
• The hospital is approximately ½ mile on the RIGHT.  (follow blue H signs.)

Olean General Hospital

• From Campus, turn RIGHT on ROUTE 19.
• Turn RIGHT on ROUTE 305 just south of Belfast.*
• Turn RIGHT  heading WEST on INTERSTATE ROUTE 86 (former State Route 17) at Cuba.
• Get off at EXIT # 26 in Olean.  Turn RIGHT on ROUTE 16.
• Turn LEFT at first traffic light.  Olean General Hospital Emergency Entrance is on the LEFT.
• Out Patient Registration (for x-rays, and other tests) is accessed from the Main Entrance of the hospital.  Turn LEFT at next traffic light on to MAIN STREET and follow signs.

*Alternately, take ROUTE 19 to INTERSTATE ROUTE 86 at Belvidere (between Belfast and Belmont).
